Manufacturing
In-House Manufacturing & Capacity
Our Shenzhen manufacturing center runs standardized workshops covering COG & FOG, backlight automatic assembly, polarizer, CTP, lamination, SMT, PCBA and EMS — giving us control from components to finished display systems.
Automated facilities include glue dispensers and 100% AOI for bonding pads and functional testing, helping meet sealing and IP-level requirements for Open Frame and Touch Monitor products.
Reliability is verified in-house with brightness measurement, pull / temperature-humidity / vibration / salt-spray testing, 2D image measurement, transmittance and hardness testers, plus a burn-in room up to 60°C.
